So I have the opportunity to get a 1974 Fiat 124 Sport Spider, however the engine is completely gone. I was thinking of putting a different engine in as a project over the next while. I was thinking something along the lines of a 305 or 350. Is it even possible. I have heard of a guy who put a 5 litre from a mustang with stock suspension and rear end. What are your guys' thoughts on this? Am i crazy or what?
