Technical Fiat 124 Coupe - Engine Identification

Hello,

I'm trying to identify the engine in our 1968 124 Coupe.

Head number - 4326319 V1 S62

Block Casting - 132 AB0 - 4321022

Oil filter number - 132 016 150431

I'm struggling to identify the engine as I was expecting to find some smaller number/letters following the 132 above the oil filter, however these are missing.

The AB designation is odd but 132 A engines were 1592 or 1756. The head casting number seems to be an 1800. Just check the stroke with a thin rod down the plug hole at BDC and TDC. The have the same stroke at 79.2mm.
