Styling Removing Caliper paint

brake fluid should do it...

or if not, just paint over it with black paint like i did

the only was to properly remove it is to remove the calipers and sand them down or soak them in petrol etc but this tends to ruin all the seals and pistons unless you have the time to strip the calipers down. best bet is to just paint them black again

Mine are done with Hammerite smooth, I'll use a Hammerite solvent if ever I want it removed. Calipers are OK with heat though so maybe try a blow-torch if you are brave & there are no fuel leaks! Just mind where you point the nozzle! Keep it away from hoses, piston seals, anything plastic... You get the idea...

just paint over them in silver.

Only Probem ive got is its actually the drums that are the problem, i need to remove the paint from there as it is melting onto the alloys
