Technical Removing stuck bolt

So anyways...the car is still clanking as it goes over bumps and I'm thinking I didn't get the shock absorbers I ordered.

I ordered the Bahuha's which looked almost identical to the ones on the car, but I got the ones in the picture below that. There's no bushing in the ones I got...so how important is the bushing? Before putting the new ones on I saw an Autodoc video in which they installed shocks just like the ones I was sent (no bushings), so I didn't think anything more of it.
