You can see it in Steve's photos Andrew. There is a heavy-duty adaptor plate which bolts to the swivel-axle in place of the drum back-plate. The caliper bolts to this plate. The discs are bolted through to the 126 hub which is a separate item from the drum in the case of the later 126.
I have read elsewhere that, depending on which calipers you use, there can be issues with wheel sizing. I have also read that some kits are made with modified components which may mean that supplied pads can be cut-down versions which aren't just available off the shelf.
