Hi Guys

I have got a Fait Uno with 1.1 Fire engine (1108ccm). The manufacturing date is 1992. Do you know wherer can i find the diagnostic socket of this car ? Do you have a picture about that socket ?

Thanks

On left hand steered cars its on the co-Drivers side at he lower part of the A-Pilar.

It´s only a three port plug.
The engine control unit Bosch have a diagnostic connector, which outputs an error code on impulses.
Triple socket hangs near the control unit in the front passenger footwell. You can makeshift Reconnect an LED. The LED should be with a series resistor of 1k ohms with 12V and the white and red wires of the diagnosis connector connected. If the LED lights with the engine running, something is in the fault memory. (For models from 1992 and partly from mid-1992 is a failure of the control unit in the dashboard by lighting the lamp injection system diagnostics appear).

Bridged one, with the engine running at the diagnostic connector, for 5 seconds looking-red with black, the output of the error memory is initiated. The LED then flashes 4 x * by a total output a 4-digit code. Between blink intervals is a pause of 2 seconds.
