in theory very easy, a nut and bolt at either end at the leading edge of the front wheel arch, and a few screws in the middle under the grille, the difficulty comes from the end bolts collecting all manner of crap over the years and being in a right old state, almost fused in place, coupled with being a little awkward to get to, but once loosened its no problem, dont forget to unclip the cables to the foggys!
