To fit to my X1/9 so it has electronic ignition.

Wondering where I can find one and how much should I expect to pay.

Thanks for your help.

Can't help unfortunately, though I did sell a 1.3 Uno electronic distributor a couple of years ago on Ebay. I got the heady sum of £4.99 for it!

Problem now is that the dizzy you need (mounted at the front of the engine I assume, not the camshaft mounted 1.4 dizzy?) was only fitted to the 1300 SX Uno and those are getting very rare now. Only been about three come up on Ebay this past year :(

Would the dizzy from the 1116cc also fit? That was fitted to the front of the engine and they're very similar engines, isn't the 1300cc just a bored out 1116cc? I have one for that engine by the way......

Yes, the 1116cc engine is simply a smaller version of the 1299/ 1301 engine, which in turn is a smaller version of the 1500 X1/9 engine. Therefore the dizzy should fit fine, though you'll need to check if the advance/ retard curves are the same (most likely). Pottleflump, is yours an electronic dizzy with the silver finned ignition module bolted onto it?

Forgot to mention as well, the Fiat Regatta 1300/ 1500, Strada 1300/ 1500 and Lancia Delta 1300/ 1500 will have exactly the same dizzy (y)

If it is the same and it does have the electronic ignition the how much are you looking for?

How do I check that the advance / retard curves are the same.

I don't want to get one, mess on for hours trying to get it to work and then find out it won't (n)
