Mine is kapput! Mechanic, after a quick look, reckons it's the same starter as a Peugeot 406. Can anyone confirm this?

All I know is that there are loads of options on these IIRC

It turns out the Ulysse starter was different from a 406 in that there are 13 teeth on one and ten teeth on the other. From the outside they do look similar though.

After i figured out how to remove filter box , 3 bolts 2 wires and its out
tiny mitsubishi thing .. its got a number on it M000T20871 with 13 teeth.
when searched its the same for most peugout 406 306 c5 but i thought they had 11 teeth,
rang motor factors and they said the same ,computer says 11 teeth ,on going the and compareing them it had 13 ...
any way bought and fitted and works perfectly
