ive recently bought a 1999 fiat ulysse 1.9tds my partner was out in it the other day when she was changing gear the clutch stuck to the floor and then she heard a bang i rung the fiat dealer they said it might be the pressure plate. if so how much for part at roughly how much would it cost to fit ANY SUGGETIONS WOULD BE GREATFUL:bang:

well it needs a new clutch kit can cost anything from £70 upwards,

i have a fiat ulysse 2ltr petrol, and i also changed the clutch on it is not as bad as it looks to change,
but there again i have been changing clutches on motos cars for many years
all i can tell you as an old dog is if you going to change the pad change the hole clutch kit. and make sure they dont put a cheap make in as some garages charge anything up to £500 to do it.

i charge £230 plus the price of a good clutch kit and just do the job once over and done with takes me a couple of extra days as i am a one man band as i dont like cheap tacky workmanship.
