would it be worth it buying a sports exhaust for my 1.9 turbo diesel tipo would it sound better and if so any ideas where i can find one please??

Is your current exhaust leaking? If not don't bother.
A diesel exhaust will last for ages, especially if you paint it with high-temp paint before fitting it. I had my exhaust fail just after the flexible and the sound was deafening! Like some crazy v8 supercar!
The best thing you can do for the TDs noise is to run it on vegie oil. It smoothens the note and the car revs more freely.
