I have a Tipo L reg and the left wiper arm needs changing. The blade does not hold anymore in the fixing. What Brava or Bravo model or part number should I order? I spoke to a parts department but they want to know what part number I want ... Any idea?

Ok, the left arm on a Bravo/a/marea is longer than a Tipo arm - you will need to modify it by drilling out the rivet, taking the am apart. Cut the arm to length and re-rivet.

Do you know the part number or the year of the Brava I need? There have lots of different arms for Brava on their system. Also do you know if I need to change both side or can I get away with just changing the left? Thanks

Best to just get one from a scrap yard. The rubber blade is easily replaceable on the bravo/a arms so save yourself ££.

Why don't you order a Tipo arm if you're going to the trouble/cost of a new one?

I have been unable so far to find one from the scrap yard (around Brighton). Yes rubber is easy to replace but that's not the problem, the fixings are broken therefore rubber don't stay on.

If you can't order a 7767141 (Tipo RHD wiper arm) then use the Eper to get a Bravo number. Whichever you buy you'll need to modify it.

I am trying to purchase the part you suggested but can't pay!!! Do you have to log in or something to order on this site? (I just want a wider arm, I can't believe it is so difficult and when I call garages they can't help unless I give them a Bravo year!!!:bang

The Eper here is only for reference. You need to take the number to a fiat garage to order. Tell them it's not for a Bravo and you just want to order the part by it's number - and you accept responsibility for fitting it to your vehicle.
