thought I'd take a few photos of the common bits on 500's which cause them to fail MOT's and also show how the underneath rusts, but how it's not the problem some perceive it to be.
Nice pics! the coil springs should also be an advise.The shock absorber when leaking is allowed to be slightly damp-it's a fail when oil has run right down it.Most mot advise nowadays is to 'pass & advise' rather than fail.

Ahh ok I did not think about the wheels.
Here in Australia we don't change wheels as our winters are not severe enough to justify extra set of wheels with winter tyres.
