What planet is this guy on? Its been shown many times before that stealth plates don't work and you can spot someone who has one a mile off!

Also in the UK you are LEGALLY required now to have a readable number plate. 3 points and a fine if its covered in mud or something like this.

I have seen a few plates that are slightly tinted pink, and as far as i know this is a similar scam!

These things wash off - dont work - are illegal and will get you points on your licence!

I would rather spend the fiver on a hack saw - in Milton Keynes that seems to be the most common solution to our road hating slow driving labour freaks!

Either that or a can of black paint! Its the same price and it does a much better job of stopping the camera from seing ur plate (spray it on the lense).

Besides - cameras are normally in 30/40 and 50 limits which in my opinion should be stuck too anyway!

So buy it if ur as tom says "a tosser".

I've got a pair of plates with the reg of my dads
old ford escort - scrapped about ten years ago.

I attach them on the front and back before I go out
for a proper blast -its actually fun going through
all the speeds cameras not giving a f*ck !

back to angle grinder man, what gets me is when people say 'ah yes, but what about people who park in bus lanes or disable spaces, they should be clamped!'

How the hell is stopping a car causing congestion from moving going to solve the problem? Fine them, ok. Tow them away, ok. But wtf is clamping it going to achieve?

Chris, alternatively go find another car that's identical to yours. ie. Same Colour, same Engine, same model, same year.

Jot down the plate and then go and get one made.

IF you get pulled over the only thing that's different is that you've no idea who's on the logbook - So you say you bought the car 3 days ago and sent the logbook off 2 days ago. That way DVLA have not had enough time to change it yet. LOL
