Yesterday......(quite long!)

I dropped the car at Research Fiat, Nuneaton for it's 3yr service and MOT at 9.30 yesterday. By 5.40 they had still not phoned me with any news. I rang them and the guy said, yes it's just come off the ramp now.
I can not believe how long it took them. I said it would take me at least half an hour to walk down to collect the car. Well we close at 6.00 sir... After a short argument regarding the fact that someone should stay behind and wait for me seeing as they had incovneieced me all day, they decided to send someone out to my house and pick me up. All in all, £326 for a service, MOT and 2x front brake pads and a complete wasted day.

That is the last time I deal with that garage again - as the warranty is now up. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

bloddy hell thats expencive !!!!

find yourself a nice fiat specialist mate, not a dealership but a local garage that specialises in fiat&alfa or fiat&VW something like that, take your car to them to have a few odds and sods done, nothing expencive just a little cheap job, see what they are like and if they are good then keep going to them.

fiat dealerships are appawling in general

@ Dan - It was the 3 year service. The car has done 27100 miles.

Andy sorry to hear about all the trouble you had with them pricks I am in the middle of looking for a good Garage in Cov or Nuneaton So if i come across one i will let you know my Email addy is [email protected]

ahh, right yeah £236 is right, cos the big service is nearly £200 and the MOT is like £40 so yeah that's right, but to take all day to do that is a joke, i demand a courtesy car when my car goes in, never had a problem, never been charged for a courtesy car, mine goes to Urmston Fiat (near the trafford centre) for those who know the north west, they're alright.

Thanks Speersy - let us know if you find a decent garage in Nuneaton or Cov. I don't need to go to Fiat now as the warranty is up.
