haha f***ing owned! . I pay for all my Xbox games so I find it hilarious.
I've not got mine chipped...but I want to, fed up of paying £40 a game, mate gets 10 for £40.
@WKD - Your friends time may come.. Not many people actually install chips in them, they just reprogram the flash on the DVD-ROM drive. (unless you have one of those blaster360 thingys - most people use ixtreme). I fthe hammer doesnt fall this time, im sure it will in the future.
i like something i saw on the news... went along the lines of... 'i chipped my xbox so i could copy the games i bought and play the copies not to damage the originals as they cost me a lot of money to buy and wish not replace them because of damage'
yeah... whatever.... i believe you
you see on the old xbox there was an argument for this
the xbox once chipped made a great media centre plus you could rip all your games to the hard drive to save looking for discs etc
on the 360 is doesnt have these benifits
also i find when you have a chipped console you dont get the same enjoyment from a game as they are so easy to get IYKWIM
I know what you mean lol.
I have the same with apps on my iphone. I get them for free so don't care for them
