So the story begins 6 weeks after buying my brand new xbox, the HDMI stops working, i send it off and receieve what i thought was a brand new one so i thought fair enough.

wasn't until i had a proper look at it that i seen it was all scratched and stuff, bit annoyed, after using it for a bit i find the controller disconnects all of the time, it freezes non stop and struggles to keep the connecrtion to xbox live!

been on the phone to some retard who can barely speak english, the best he can do is get it collected and if i'm lucky i'll get another refurbished xbox within 2 weeks.

i told him i wanted a brand new one swapped for mine at the same time but he was having none of it, just seems a bit unfair i have to wait another couple of weeks because they'd sent me an old broken peice of tat.

anyone else had any similar dealings? or is what he said he can do really all he can do?

if it keeps playing up they will eventually just give you a new one, same thing happened with me. some sort of graphics card/chip problem. it came bak and still didn't work properly so they just swapped for a new one. with a 3 year warranty!

stick with it!
