What I want to know is how they all lower their Doblo's... leaf's on the back would be damn expensive to lower and get a custom job done that won't affect/improve handling.

and Puntos. They're built by Tofas, who are a bit like the old Polski Fiat factory, making Fiats under licence. Some of their cars have the Tofas badge.

Shouldn't think they care about handling, it's looks that count.

lowering the back of a doblo is easy just load it well past its weight limit for a few miles about 1.5 tons should do the trick
that's what someone I know did took all the seats out and used it for a work van
in the end it was so low he had to get helper springs

It'd be cheaper for a company to manufacture you new leafs than pay for the fuel to lug 1.5ton around for a few miles, the cost of repairs through damage, and the old bill if they catch you
