can someone please explain wots goin on with the back off my car, ive had a few weeeks and only just notice that theres only one clear reverse light on the left and on the right there all red? is the right side from another model?
should it have two? is it an mot fail?

TBH I don't think reverse light is even tested on the MOT well mine never has been when I've watched them do it.

Lol this is complety normal on cinq sx and standard models! I had a sporting b4 my sei and both light clusters are sort of fogged red so even the idicator when it wasn't flashing look red defo a better look!

theres is an easy way around the diffrent lights, if you don't like them, just get yourself a can of light tint spay, worked for me

The reverse light is not in the MOT

funny how the reverse light is not part of the MOT.

But, if your brkae light lense is crakced or broken, then when you brake, it will show a white light. this will result in an mot fail. when you brake and a white light shows, people will think your reversing, and thats the reason for the fail.

now, sureley it more dangerous to not reverse and tell people you are, then to reverse but not tell them ?

thats like saying indicating when you shoudlnt is more dangerous then not indicating when you should ??

mine passed MOT tinted, and been followed by loads of traffic police as well. Depends how dark you go and if you attract attention i suppose.
