i got 200 miles out of a full tank on my 1.4sx? filled it up about 4 days ago! has anyone heard of less? i cant wait to get something with a half decent engine!

What type of driving do you do? i heard the 1.4 is a letdown for city driving as it tends to drink more than usual. you should opt for the 1.2

i know how Fergie drives, and 200miles is no surprise
But, theres still somehting wrong there.
The car needed a major overhaul when you got it, and still needs one i'm guessing. Shame you couldn't afford that 1.8 that stunning 1.8 that was selling 6 months ago in your area

tell me about it mate,wish i had the cash,and my driving has been downgraded to sunday driving everyday,i was driving like a granny when i stuck in the full tank,i dread to think what it would have been like if i'd have been booting it,my plan is to get either a 1.2 or an hgt now, sounds the complete opposite - i know, but i either want something economical or something that actually justifies using up petrol,being slow and guzzling petrol drives me nuts

the 1.4 is well known for drinkin petrol. when i had my 1.4 i worked it out that i was spending about 150 a month on petrol. but i was out every night with the lads.

That was back in the days when it never went under about 5000rpm though

Yeah, that was when I was a "yoof" and had just passed my driving test, I soon calmed down when I had to fill the thing up every 3 days :-S
