Quite south.
Started washing the car the other day and I noticed the bumper seems to hang a little wonky? Is this just because Italian? Or is it likely one of my bumper mounts are a bit bent?

If you look the gap between the bumper and the headlight on the right is bigger than the gap on the left.

The bumper looks straight to me - your headlight doesn't though - it's that rather than the bumper from the pics. (y)

Anyway a blind man would be pleased to see it - not sure if you're allowed to say that these days.......

But if you look along the bottom of the grille, on the far left (in the picture that is) the bumper seems to slope away from the grille the further right it goes. So unless both my headlight and grille are wonky...

Yes grille and headlight by the look of it (look at the bonnet line above the grille). I suspect if you sat a dozen Panda's next to each other they would all have different bits slightly out - they were thrown together cheaply, and the gaps are rarely consistent. You could try realigning something if it bothers you (but it doesn't show), but you are likely to make something else look wonky if you move bits. It could have had a knock in the past, but there's nothing wildly out as far as I can see from the pics - it took me a while to work out what you had seen to be honest. (y)

So basically you're saying this,
Is this just because Italian?
I hadn't really noticed before, just happened to start washing it and thought, that looks wonky, but as you say, I suspect most of the car is a bit wonky :p

Well most cars of that era are a bit wonky to be honest. Certainly all the mainstream cars had a pretty shoddy finish back in the '80's! Add a car that was designed to be as cheap (and cheaply built) as possible, some Italian quality control, and throw it all together.....
