Hi there...
I'm torn between two options (i think).
When I pull away a bit sharp, i hear a graunching noise coming from the drivers side wheel.
Once were moving (driving left, right cornering etc) no noise at all, also i get no noise from going over speed ramps.
My 2 options are wishbone bushes or anti-roll bar bushes.
Does anyone agree on one or the other?

Thought so!
I've sourced the droplinks at £30 per pair delivered.
One question... I have read that you cannot replace the wishbone bushes as a part, but you have to replace the whole wishbone.
Yet Powerflex sell the individual bushes, so was that previous statement wrong?

They're just not worth replacing, so nobody provides them apart from Powerflex. By the time you've got the arm off, then the bush, then replaced it and fitted the other. Plus how much would they cost? Powerflex are £50 per side are they not? You can buy a full new arm for about £30 - and it comes with a brand new outer ball joint!

Yes you can buy poly bushes for them but they are a pig to change and really not worth doing. buy new wishbones, makes life much easier.
The gruncing noise is proberly suspension. Get a long bar and jack up the car and put pressure on the bushes one by one. Any movement will soon be evident. If bushes look worn with a crazy paving effect for example, change them.
Noise could also be inner C/V joint. Can also be a worn engine or gearbox mounting. These need checking too. And last, it can also be shock absorber bottom or top mounts. Use a light underneath to check the exhaust is not touching anywhere due to engine/gearbox moving due to worn mounts.

Hi folks
Well, thanks for all your input.
Ive just ordered 2 new wishbones and 2 anti-roll bar droplinks and bushes, so Ive just got to wait now for them to be delivered.
Thanks again
