General wiring loom

can anybody tell me if the wiring loom for the electric windows on the brava 2001 is the same colours as the bravo as i think it may have been replaced. it looks like the car was broken in to at some time before i bought it. the drivers side window is not working window motor works as have connected it direct to a spare battery and window goes up and down but will not work of the switch. thanks for any help in advance

sorted just cut a couple of wires then joined them to the window switch window working perfect. job done

I think if you could supply more info and maybe some pics would help in case someone else has this problem in the future...

the wire coming out of the window motor was not the same colour as the ones at the switch so just cut the two wires at the switch that send the window up/down and joined them to the two wires at the window motor and hay it worked. sometimes you just got to take a chance
