Technical Brava 100 16V spark plug wires

Some time ago, a spark plug cable was cut from the original and genuine that the car had from the date of purchase.
I replaced them with a Beru set, which lasted about 5 years.
Now I'm looking for spark plug wires again.
I can not find the original with the code 71776576 FIAT / ALFA / LANCIA, although I do not know what value for money they are.

I have found respectively the NGK set NGK 2571.Βut I do not know if it is a right choice in terms of quality.
Do you have in mind some good quality spark plug wires?
Have you tried any of the various manufacturers and are you satisfied?

Also now lately the car presents a problem that may come from defective spark plug wires.
When I drive with the engine rpm below 2000 and ask for acceleration, either abruptly or slowly, it acts like a break, just like the engine is closing and starting.

Hi, I replaced mine some time ago but I don't think I went for anything special. I expect there will be several genuine Fiat types that may suit including possibly from the later Stilo 1.2 16V and possibly the 500 / Panda 1.4 16V.

I think your acceleration problem will not be spark plug wires, I suggest you get the ECU diagnosed for possible O2 sensor problems etc. But I presume you do not have the orange "check engine" light...

Like I said before I already changed the spark plug wires several years ago, but somewhere I had kept the old ones.
Measuring the old and genuine with the multimeter and the new ones of Beru, I saw that they show significant differences in terms of their resistance behavior
The genuine ones have a resistance of about 15 ΜΩ and the Beru about 5 ΜΩ, this may be due to the fact that the genuine ones write that it is class B (9J CAVIS 400 CLASS B) while the Beru Class C (BERU CLASS C) .

Because the resistance of the cables is also the load of the voltage multiplier, it is very important to use cables with the closest possible resistance value to the original ones.
So, we should not place what we find cheaper in the market, but what we need for the correct production of spark at the spark plugs.
I will continue to look for the right cables.

Also, after measuring the cables of Beru and after I found one with almost infinite resistance, so it is cut, I replaced it with an old one and the engine now runs normally without interruption and without trembling at idle.

So I urgently need new and proper spark plug wires.

Plastic parts? Which plastic parts? There is only rubber, if it seems to be like plastic then it has to be a very old wire. Nonetheless, You don't want to salvage anything from the old wires, You buy everything new i.e. new wire, terminals, and boots, and everything will be perfect as it should be.

Tomorrow I'll also look for my old wires in my garage, they were not genuine but the car worked on them without any problems and I'll try to find the part number on them to share with You.

From plastic are the ends connected to the spark plugs, ends connected to the coil and the cables maybe it is easy to find in the market.
Although I'm not sure about their quality.

I found it! The boots are plastic like in the genuine one(in fact they are oem cables). I don't know why I thought that they were fron silicone. Markings were almost gone but after a while I was able to read them. Wires were made by Magneti Marelli (oem part) number MSK617

Like i said before in my car, I had the original cables for about 12 years, and after one was cut, I replaced them with a set of Beru.
Yesterday I did a small operation on both cables, what I noticed is that both are of the same construction technology, a black interior that from the outside has a stainless steel wire wrapped like a coil.
The Beru had an extra wrap of fiberglass threads , probably to avoid stretching.

Anyway, in the old cable the stainless steel wire was almost completely damaged and badly rusty, it was rubbed and had broken into pieces.
On the beru this winding was in excellent condition, and this makes me wonder how moisture passed through the total entire length of the cable.

Finally I bought the ngk spark plugs, the code for the original is 71776576 FIAT/ALFA/LANCIA and for the NGK it is 2571.
I posted them today, I hope they are a good choice since I trusted the name NGK.
They cost 38.47 euro.
I also changed the spark plugs, although the original code 46551935 refers to Champion what was on was NGK DPR 5EZ

It is strange that in the authorized workshop they installed spark plugs NGK BKR 5EZ which are genuine spare parts, because they write on Fiat by NGK, while in the user book it is written that the recommended spark plugs are the BKR6EKC by NGK.

Sorry, my mistake, i bought NGK 2571 spark plug wires, i replace the old ones and put on new spark plugs also.
