General Winter Bravo

General Winter Bravo

i drove snake pass last night when it was rather icy and slushy and horrid... in the dark... with a few cars about... bravo felt really solid and sure footed tbh :)

Thanks to the poor ground job, snow + low temperatures now, it started
to peel off.

The actual stripe job was done poorly ( a new girl, I heard ) so everything
will be replaced next week.

So no worries. Just extra job to be done :)

Offcourse! Dont we always:slayer:

If they admit it was a poor job by someone who had recently just started in the job and they are willing to do the job all over again it have to be OK(y) We all start somewhere, with what we do:) Experience makes us better:D

Ps I was answering bravO, but Stormi came between our posts :)

I believe the Bravo had a coat of wax on it and when they didn´t
swipe it off, here´s the result.

I will meet her next thursday  :)

Well not exactly stripes but I have got the decals Lefteris made for me:)Since my car maybe is the only maranello red dynamic in the world:)

He does really good job. And if you did noy know that they where not original, you would never be able to tell:)

The last month or so we have had pretty cold weather and the Bravo has been fine in engine temp! But the last week it has been a bit different, as it dosen`t seem to reach normal running temp anymore:( The temp gauge normally is straight up when running on normal temp, but now it doesent seem to go much higher than just above quarter of the gauge. And if I drive in a que or stop and idle for a few minutes it falls back down to bottom of the gauge. It does get warm(ish) inside tough, but not hot!
I am thinking my termostat is bad?

Anyone else experienced this?

Check the hose to the radiator isn't getting warm after starting - it shouldn't open until the engine is getting upto temp.

How's the bravo owners with 18 inch wheels getting on in the snow? The 17s seem alright but I'd much prefer a pair of 15s with 195s on them!
