General Wing mirrors

Has anyone fitted DTM mirrors to their Uno??? Are they a good fit? What does everyone think?

i think the mirrors look nice but would it go with the boxy shape of the uno?

The top pic (below) is fitted with the DTM mirrors, the bottom pic is fitted with a race-style mirror which is the other option that i like.

Which mirror do people prefer/think suits the Uno better???

Neither - original mirror looks best

With mirror casing painted body colour, and the concertina-bit left black. Always reminded me of a Porsche 911. Dunno why. Probably the bumpers (of the Porsche I mean).

Of course you need the remote-style mirrors, not the horrible base-spec things on 45s and 60s. By the way, the 5dr mirrors are different to the 3dr mirrors, if anyone's reading this...

The race style mirror looks too small, and it even looks like a modern wing mirror that has been whacked and lost it's outer casing!

The DTM mirror doesn't suit the lines of the Uno. It's too rounded and conflicts with the angular lines on the Uno.

I have to agree with AlexGS, the original mirrors suit the car best. That's my opinion anyway!
