Is there any way of recalibrating the drivers wing mirror thermometer using Multiecuscan? Mine is showing about 10 degrees less than it should.

Not as far as I know. More likely to need a new sensor I fear.

Mine is showing about 20c too high, will get round to replacing the sensor.....

I was under the impression this was the DPF sensor as seen somewhere that if this gets damaged you end up in limp mode ?

What year and engine. Some use the temperature sensor as part of the regen system, others do not. The differential dpf sensor is a different sensor all together. On x250 models it is low down near the exhaust. On x290s it is higher up on the fire wall almost central.

Some will not attempt dpf regeneration if ambient temperature reading is too low or ambient temperature signal missing/not reading.

It is 2012, 2.3 Multijet 130, Iveco engine

I don't believe the mirror temp sensor has any impact on regen at this age.
To change the temperature displayed a new sensor is required, or quality of connections checked.
