I currently own a Fiat Punto Grande sport t-jet etc etc, with built in blue& me,voice recognition, usb ports and a windows button, everything worked fine for about 2months and then suddenly the windows button just stopped working and the voice recognition and the button with the picture of a phone which is used as a enter button have stopped working, would anybody please be able to help and tell me how to fix it. Thanks!!

Try taking to your local dealer and ask them to check and reset the convergence unit, this worked when the same happened to my car a few weeks ago.
Good luck with it. Hope it sorts the problem.
Have you tried disconnecting the battery first, for a few minutes? it sorts of soft resets the convergence unit and works when mine says 'no media found' every couple of weeks =/
