Is this broken? - I assume so because at the bottom of it's travel the glass often falls off.

If so has anyone got a tip for fixing it please?

Replace the whole regulator, easiest and cheapest way IMO

This has happened to both me windows, if it's the same bit which holds the glass to the runner (it's hard to tell looking at the pics on me scratched phone screen), I stuck the clip back to the glass with tiger seal. It's never come off since, and it's been over 2 years.
