if you pay it less than minimum wage and give it a shed load of benefits it might, but it wont be able to talk the language it could possibly make an AMAZING egg foo yung!?
probably not for a Sony/JVC/Pioneer/Kenwood/Ripspeed/anything that isnt a blaupunkt
if you have an after market blaupunkt with the 8-pin changer input then youd have a little better luck i would have thought but you wont be able to run a changer as well as this. it seems like you plug the blue end into the HU and the jack into the device you want to use for playing the music, then select which ever 'source' is for the changer.
it'd be easily installed i would have thought. i doubt any of the play/pause/FWD/REV controls would work from the HU you would have to do it on the device.
i dont know if it work with an OEM HU like some alfas have fitted but it might be worth a try, just make sure your HU is compatible with it before spending a massive USD$6.99 on it!
if it doesnt do what the listing says then you can try to go through the disputes process
