wierd rattle from around manifold, help!

hi guys,

i've got a 1.2 16v sx bravo, but when i rev the engine or change gear and the revs drop to tick over there is a stange metal on metal sounding vibration just before it hits idle. it has a sports exhaust and this has been checked for blowing/other faults and is fine. when the bonnet is up it sounds like its from around the manifold.

any advice?

Check the exhaust manifold shield, one of the screws tend to loosen up or fall off
