Steering wheel does look a lot nicer, same goes for the dials.

If I had taken pics whilst doing it i probably would have given it a go, its not to difficult my bro did most of it as i was doing my brakes at the same time.

The difficult bit was taking the dials apart carefully, once your down to just the board it was just a case of picking of the old SMD's and soldering on the new ones (the right way round).

The white radio and trim around the buttons, was that default on your model or something you done yourself?

I painted them myself, need to get them done professionally ideally, not the best quality job.

Dials look good, is the screen as bad as it looks in the photos or is it actually clear in person?

Steering wheel looks good. Was it a straight fit?

Steering wheel was straight fit, really quick to do.

and screen is perfect couldnt get phone camera to focus in that light, looks really crisp and clear compared to the orange before.

Without the help and advice on this website I would have had alot more headaches than I actually did.

I do still have some parts for sale which i'll be putting up in the classifieds and ebay shortly for low reserves as they are taking up space now.

haha same, just read the whole thread and every page the cars progress gets better and better and the final page hoping for a big pic heavy update and hes bloomin sold it haha...

good luck with the new car whatever it is and maybe just maybe if you join another forum... you might find other forum users as useful as us, but i doubt it

Been trying to find the new owner for ages but don't think they've made it onto here, anybody know otherwise? Would be good to see how the car is now and if it still has some of the parts on it, steering wheel, seats etc
