General White Dash

Seen this on eBay a few times, and I have been wondering just how good it is and how easy it is to fit? But not too sure about the black writing on the white.

They are stickers not dials, read carefully.

yep, I know that but I would still need to take the dash out to fit them? I just want to know do you think they would look good and how hard would they be to fit? or how much would white dials cost? and how hard would they be to fit?

Unless you stick them over the glass front i would guess you'd need to take them out! Some good guides on Boo for doing it. Have been told the stick on ones look a bit duff.

Ok the stick on ones are out, I was only considering them as they are cheap... So can you get white dials and if so how much are they likely to cost and how hard is it to take out the dash and fit them?

ya i want to do something with the dash on my bravo..it seems very dull sometimes!! quite like the idea of white dials!!

I have white dials, which were quite easy to fit The only problem was getting the needles off and back on again - a lot of fiddly work there :bang: You can cut the dials to slip them over or go with the fiddling - choice is yours.

There was someone on Boo who made up ones using a hard clear type plastic, and completely replaced them, looked quite good in the pics.

take yours off, scan them, edit them in paintshop, print them on quality plastic, cut them out, fit them, smile.

it is important to remember that on back lit dials such as those used on the bravo, all light will come from behind the dials. this means if the dials can not let some light through you will not be able to see them in the dark.

Yea i remember the ones he had, were ace, think he said they were too much work etc, but if you can catch him or leave a fao (on boo) you can ask.
