I knows its non fiat related but would anyone happen to know which turbo is used on the nissan s14a? Im pretty sure its a gt28 but dont know exactly which one it is

No its a model designation this car is an S14

This one is an S13

This one is an S15

the Coupe turbo is a TB28, no idea of the A/R sorry.

surely it wouldnt boost until you hit the rev limiter

personally i'd want to try sticking a hitachi IHI RHB32 turbo on, same as the charade used. it can get 7psi boost on small capacity engines, and achieves boost quickly because it is so small, with no need for intercooling.
