hi everyone.

im thinking of getting an induction kit for my 1.8 Bravo.

does any one have any thoughts on these two options.

1st. Green Twin Cone Air Filter for £83

2nd. K&N 57i Induction Kit for £81

any import would be great.

Thanx

Or a cheaper kit or filter if any one knows of one for the 1.8....????

Dont waste your money on either.

10% more noise, maybe 2bhp increase. Don't forget to tell your insurance company that you've modified your engine for "increased performance".

K & N is louder from what i have seen and Grren cotton is a racier sound

eg: which induction kit

pipercross mate they are good
but if not i dnt no im havin same problem

BMC CDA, save up longer and get one

I've got the K&N on my 1.8, did not a minor improvement on the smoothness of acceleration but the sound is all important, prior to having my exhaust system fitted the sound of the induction kit was awesome on its own, remember was just plodding along behind someone, put my foot down to over take, the sound was enough to make the kids on the back seat look around to see which direction the awesome noise was coming from, should have seen their faces when the realised it was the car thats been at behind them for the last half an hour

As Lozz said save up for the carbon fibre BMC as its really worth the wait!!
