Technical Which anti roll bar bushes?

I have a knocking sound coming from the drivers side front, I tried changing the link arms (as that was easiest) but no luck still knocking!

I am guessing that the Anti roll bar bushes may be at fault??

Only problem I have now is that there seems to be 2 sizes available 18mm & 19mm

Anyone have any ideas on which size to get? Also any hints/tips/guides/pictures/hands on help would be very much appreciated!

found out they are 18mm, just in case anyone was interested, did the job today and it is pretty straight forward (although I did over tighten one bolt and it snapped so had to go find a replacement)

all you need to do is loosen the retaining bolts half way, get a big flat screwdriver or coal chisel, place it between the two parts of the bracket and hit it with a hammer till they separate (repeat either side of bracket). remove the bolts, change the bush and then put bracket back on.
