General Where to buy sealings?

As the title says. Where can i buy sealings for my taillights on my Punto Mk2 99' 1.2 8v..

I thought it was a easy thing to find, but simply i can't?
Where do you buy theese smaller but nessesary things?

The seals for the light cluster AFAIK (as far as i know) aren't purchasable seperatly
A Pain i know - as both the rear pannel and to body seal leaked like a bitch on my old car
Regulary had a swimming pool in the rear light

i tried making the seal thicker with Black sealant - but to little avail

Maybe time to make some sort of seal from universal stuff?
