General Where is VIN located

Hi, this probably has been asked before but can someone tell me where the VIN is on my 2001 2.3 JTD motorhome and how do I tell which motor it is? The seller said it has an Iveco motor in it.

A. An aluminium tag under the bonnet above the radiator.
B. In the cabin floor, passenger side, there is a rectangular hole, sometimes covered with a plastic plug where the number is stamped.

2.3 2.8 3.0 are iveco. 2.0 and 2.2 are PSA,
