General Where Is 1.8 Hlx Ecu

Hi guys and girls could anybody tell me where to look for the ecu on a p reg 1.8 16valve bravo.

If it's the same as the 1.6 then it's on its side to the right of the engine as you view the car, very near the centre of the engine bay

Im sure the 1.8 ECU is in the passenger side footwell perhaps behind the plastic trim to the side of the footwell.

pretty sure mine was in the interior fusebox.

I'd go with Jugs response as he owns a 1.8.

I'd check under the bonnet first, it's not like its hard to spot and will save ripping bits of dash out
