Where i buy a fan speed button?

Hy i have a MAREA sedan from`97, and i have a problem with A/C, the fan speed button is broken a thing, because when a stop the engine the AC is not stoping, and a can`t stop manual.

There a can buy a fan speed button? because in my country i don`t find yet.
