Well i went to get the wheels aligned this morning, great i thought, get it done and go for blast, set off from home and could hear a grinding....then a banging.....yes you guessed it, the bottom ball joint had popped out the carrier......got home ok, stripped it and its flopping around like a marianette......so spied one on ebay near where i live, sent a message but there is a shop called SHOP4PARTS, about 2 mile from me and sell brand new hub carriers for £15, gonna send ar lass to get on monday....oh they are a fiat parts specialist....quite cheap..

oh well, is on axle stands at the moment.....waiting......

Don't forget they give a discount online as you're a donated FF member - might be worth either ordering online to pick up, or asking them for the same discount in person. Not a fortune but 10% better than a kick in the teeth!
 
yeh teething probs for sure but not as many a i thought i would have....

will mension the FF discount, see what happens..

will be off to France next friday for 1 week, near the german border over the mountains somewhere so will be itching to get it sorted before then, hopefully when get back we have dry weather and can blast about abit.

just as a side issue, what is the part number i need to replace the lambda sensor for the 1994 998 spi, it has 2 black connectors.....done a search and can only find single connector sensors ??
