Like the title says, how wide can you go on a punto evo? I have some wheels that I"d like to have but I don't know if they would fit my car.

These are the specs:
- 18 inch
- offset 35
- Width: 8.5J in front and 9.5j in the back
- 4x100

Pictures of a grande, evo or 2012 with some of these specs would help me decide but don't find any for the moment, so any help is welcome...

The wheels are xxr 962 if you're interested (see picture below for example, are also 8.5j and 9.5j on 215/35 tyre).

Not necessarily, a friend from the dutch forum has a 9j wheel in the back

-back, 18x9 ET35
-tyres, Toyo Proxis T1R in 215/35/18

So I know 9j is possible without any fender rolling. But the wheels I found are 9.5j... And 7.5 in the front en 8.5 in the back is just not enough :D and 8.5 all around isn't really staggered look. So i'm curious if it's possible to put the 9.5j in the back.

It should be possible, even if you have to roll the rear arches.

But I'd question the sense: the car won't be able to work the tyres properly: I'd guess they'll always run cool, and on a FWD car you really need the stagger to be the other way round (improves turn in, reduces understeer).

But hey, I'm one of those boring "form follows function" folk.
