I've had several Multiplas over the years,
Standard wheels with 4 by 98 pcd 185, 65 15 tires
I have some wheels which I'm almost certain came off a multipla 185 65 15 tires, but larger pcd!!! approx 4 x 110
According to most info all Multiplas have the same 4 by 98 pcd
The wheels on my 08 Multipla seem to conform to this but also have supplementary studs(2) which seem to help with wheel alignment.
This requires the wheels to have 6 holes, two just for these "alignment studs"
Any one able to clarify whats going on?

The small alignment studs are just for that purpose, if on a brake drum they are threaded to allow a bolt to be fitted to assist brake drum removal although care has to be taken not to damage the cast iron of the brake drum.Re the PCD side try this site to confirm. https://www.wheel-size.com/size/fiat/multipla/186-2005-2010/
