I have a multipla (2000) jtd and have been offered some wheels from a punto both have 195/60/15's was wondering if anyone knows if they are the same fitting - stud spacings

Yes, same stud pattern and same centre bore. Might be a slightly different offset but don't think it'll be far enough out to be an issue
