General Wheel Peeling

Hi had my Bravo 165 Sport now for 4 months overall its been good. Nice colour that Maserati Blue.
I noticed the other day that one of the wheels has the outer vaneer peeling off. It appears to be only one alloy and its coming off it big chunks, not good. They are the Optional 18" alloys. Has anyone else had same experiance.
Iwill ring the dealers when I get some spare time but asap.
Only one other gripe is the MPG doesn't ever seem to get above mid 40's even driving it gentle and have had occasions where when cold total loss of power in 1st gear, foot to the floor nothing then something. NOt fun when you have HGV heading towards you.
Is this an EGR issue????

I had this wheel pealing lacquer fault in my 3rd year of warranty FIAT re-furbished mine as a customer satisfaction issue, had to go to Fiat UK and send in photos my friend (make sure they do all 4 wheels though as you’ll see it from the moon if they just address the 1 …. But if it was me with such sort ownership time I would request a new wheel.
And your power loss does sound like EGR problems …coupled with the dreaded DPF filter regeneration problems this model suffers with.
