Technical Wheel cylinder

The off side wheel cylinder on my 1986 panda 4x4 has seized

Is this new correct for the 4x4


It looks the same but I know that steyr puch replaced the back plate and drums so I don't know if it is

any with 19.05mm pistons inside and 10x1 thread will work fine
