General Whats the size of the wipers on a PUNTO mk2b 2004.

Getting aero blades, and want to double check the sizes of each blade, no point in measuring my current ones cause they aint right size (chrome ****ers)

ive had ebay cheapo ones, tesco ones and wipex, first ones damaged my brand new screen, tesco ones lifted off screen at speed, wipex ones have been really good, i got the ones they sell with washer jets built in too, means no wasted screen wash in places you dont need it, so dont have to fill bottle so often either

Just looked on the wipex site for wipers for a mk1 punto,
They offer 22" & 16"... only

I've just put 23" & 16" on mine, which i thought was the right size - they fit after all with 1/2" extra space....which size is correct?

ive always used 22 on mk1 and mk2, i think the may have had 23 as standard but as that is a rare size will cost a lot more for a half inch each end of wiper that makes little difference

These are what i currently have fitted to my Punto Mk2b and the fit and work fine, better than original.

I do belive the standard measurement for mk2b and mk2 wiper blades is 22" and 18" but 23" and 18" fit aswel.

I dno, i found shop4parts sold me a full set, front pair and rear wiper with arm fo under £14 sizes 23" 16" and what ever the rear wiper was.

Cheapest i've found anywhere - still not used them, although there on the car so i can't say much more really

Keep the Original washers on the car - wack these blades on

and get a cheapie washer pump relayed and switch in the car

Aim the jets so they fly over the car - Some one tailgates - give them a quick squirt

prob with getting blades with washer jets is removing the original jets... means if u want it looking flush, bonnet needs to be smoothed and resprayed.

I used to have a Citroen with washer pipes on the wiper blades. It quickly wore the wipers blades because the screen was never fully wetted before the blades started to move.

They smear worse than the old ones, shame really as the old ones where losing the rubber off the blades.

When in use they smear the screen white behind, this goes within seconds but the old ones just cleared the screen... These do the same as the mitsubishi wipers on what was our new car - now sold
