when it rains and i wipe my windscreen its smears real bad i changed the wipers with top quialty 1z and it still does it i think theres a lot of road film on it you guys know any gd tricks to get it off?

Try white vinegar like the chippies do to remove grease. If its wax from a car cleaning sesh thats harder to shift.
