I've got a 2008 GP sporting t-jet 120 which has done 2000 miles now and it's only ever averaged 38mpg. Would be interested to know what other t-jet drivers are getting especially if they have low mileage on theirs.

my trip computer only does the X litres per 100km and it usually does 6.5 which is urban driving. I don't know what that is in MPG, there is a thanks in it for anyone who tells me (y)

I think i did my maths wrong lol, coz i just found this on the net!!

not sure if its correct tho, but says your getting just over 47MPG, which is pritty good, what car have u got? Same as me?

Here's a table showing the conversions for a number of different values:

| MPG
L/100 km | US UK
-----------+------------
4 | 59 71
6 | 39 47
8 | 29 35
10 | 24 28
12 | 20 24
14 | 17 20
16 | 15 18

I'm currently getting 37MPG, which is mainly around town, which I dont think is too bad. When I first got my car, I was getting 16MPG

I presume we use the UK gallon so thats quite good, happy with that. :) i have a 1.2 8v Active Sound.

been getting about 30, but not taken it for a decent drive since i bought it in april. Its only been a max 5 mile drive.

Need to go a journey somewhere to get a real estimate on the MPG i think.

I never knew US and UK miles are not the same. And always wondering how you get so great numbers on mpg :))

From my M reg 1.2 55s Iam getting 46mpg, petrol seems to last forever in these cars:)

£25 gives me just over 1/2 a tank and I cover over 200 miles a week

I must say keeping the car serviced, tryre pressures checked (every few days) makes all the difference.(y)

I drive a W(2000) 1.8i HGT and if im real nice to it i get 30MPG..if i drive a lil fast i get 27-28MPG average. when i first got it i was getting 19-21MPG. i kinda miss my old 55sx petrol would last a life time in that..but then again:devil:

39.8mpg in my mk2 sporting at the moment.

Usually 34-38 if driving a bit fast, continually accelerating and braking

50mpg on motorway

I get a little better than 17.5 Km/liter, 5.7 liters per 100 Km or about 49.5 MPUKG.

I'm not exactly a slow driver. We don't have as many radars here for the moment and I will use the airco if conditions warrant. Most of my driving is on motorways on longer trips. I do almost 3000 miles each month and wouldn't trade the diesel for any petrol engine.
