Might help if we knew what year / model / engine and whether its a van / chassis cab / motorhome and where did you find that part.

Thank you for quick reply. It is Fiat Ducato 2006 2.0 diesel. This part holds bulbs for heating control.

Its a just a cable harness, the part number is probably on the sticker, the heating wiring loom/ harness is in 5 pieces and there are tons of variations, if its burned you could probably get an autoelectrician to make one up or solder the bulbs direct to the wires.
